After Graduating Red Lion High School, I went on to obtain my degree in Information System. I stayed there for a few years until I figured out I was missing my passion...Working with People! My father owned a small chain of Barber Shops in York and Lancaster County at the time. And I started working with my Dad upon completion of Barber School. And still a licensed Barber 12 years later.
Real Estate has always been in my family! Starting with my Grandfather Dale Elfner our Founder, then moving to his son Wade Elfner my Uncle and his Son and my Cousin Nathan Elfner. A lot of experience in one family! 5 years ago I made a huge choice in my life, that when i come home from the beach I would immediately enroll in Real Estate School.
